    Creating and laying out a back splash, niche or a accent wall can be a very daunting task.  This costs takes all the guesswork out of it.  Here we will do the work for you and all you have to do is supply us with pictures and a drawing of your area with with the measurements of the space.

    The main difference with harlequins is unlike standard 12x12 tiles or 4x8 tiles harlequins get charged much different and require a higher charge per sf mostly because you are not using 100% of the tile.  In the illustration in the photos the mirror is actually getting charged for the rectangle and not the harlequin because that is what it takes to make one.  The example below is a 7"wide x 14"tall harlequin but the 4 corners of the shape are not included in the price in material coming to you but considered scrap.  What you pay for is the full 7"w x 14"t piece.  On top of that additional charge you will need 20-25% more tiles for the same area because some cuts will break the tile and some cuts use the majority of the tile leaving the balance of the tile unusable.  Some areas are a easy install and will not require more then 10% extra while others will go the entire 25%.
    About the $125 charge.  When you check out to have us do the layout and calculations of the tiles needed you can rest assure that if you go over $1500 this amount is 100% put toward your tiles.  If you decide to go in a different direction like squares or rectangles with Antique Mirror Glass Company, LLC then if your job is over $1500 we will still honor the $125 toward that job.
